Continuous Stakeholder Involvement
We encourage continuous stakeholder involvement in all parts of the project, but particularly during the early stages. This means close communication at least between our project manager and the client's project owner and our requirements analyst and the client's representative user or process owner.
Our experienced project managers and analysts will ensure that your stakeholders' time is used as effectively as possible to guide the project towards it's defined completion goals.
